This transformative energy work is run regularly over a period of 6-weeks. It involves an interactive style of meditation, which is easy for people who find traditional  styles focused on ‘emptying the mind’ challenging.

You will be guided through visualisations and asked to repeat aloud a series of commands and affirmations that will leave you feeling more uplifted, motivated, energised, focused and relaxed.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of each group and can cover a cover a variety of topics that are important to you: anxiety or depression; relationship issues; fertility issues; chronic pain; addictions; whatever you would like to shift or bring into your life!
